Not every battery needs complete replacement

Is your vehicle reporting a battery fault, interrupting charging or losing range? We assess the high-voltage battery and determine whether repair, module replacement or complete replacement is appropriate. The decision depends on its condition and the diagnostic results.

Detailed battery diagnostics

Using professional instruments and manufacturer-level diagnostic tools, we assess cell voltages, BMS data, temperature differences, module condition, charging and discharge behaviour, insulation resistance and cooling operation. We aim to locate the fault and identify an economical repair option.

Module and component repairs

Depending on the findings, work may include module replacement, cell-level assessment, voltage equalisation, battery balancing, contactor or BMS repair and cooling system repairs. A fault confined to a module or cell group does not always require replacement of the full battery.

Tesla battery faults

We investigate BMS_a*** alerts, “Vehicle may not restart”, insulation and contactor faults, “Coolant leak detected”, abnormal degradation and Supercharger charging problems.

Degradation and safety

Gradual capacity loss is a normal ageing process. Sudden range loss, slow DC charging, interrupted charging, uneven cell voltages, warning codes or excessive heating warrant investigation. High-voltage battery work requires specialist knowledge, appropriate equipment and safe working procedures.
