Battery diagnostics

We investigate capacity loss, module faults, overheating, insulation faults and high-voltage system problems using professional instruments and diagnostic software.

Module replacement and refurbishment

Where appropriate, we replace faulty modules, refurbish the battery and balance cells. Complete replacement is not always necessary.

Complete battery replacement

If the battery cannot be repaired economically, we discuss an inspected replacement battery and the applicable warranty terms.

High-voltage system repairs

We also assess the BMS, inverter, contactors and high-voltage wiring. Work is agreed after diagnosis.
