Charging trouble, a battery warning, an electrical fault or weak heating? We assess symptoms and diagnostic data to identify the cause. We work on Tesla and other electric and hybrid vehicles; acceptance of the exact model and fault is confirmed in advance.

Manufacturer-level diagnostics

• High-voltage battery condition and cell voltage differences
• Insulation and charging faults
• Heat pump operation
• Inverter and drive-system faults
• BMS communication problems

High-voltage battery repairs

Depending on the findings, options include module replacement, cell balancing, contactor repairs, cooling repairs, refurbishment and capacity-loss assessment. Complete battery replacement is not always necessary.

AC and DC charging problems

We investigate vehicles that will not charge, charge slowly, interrupt charging or report Supercharger errors. Work may include the onboard charger, charging port, high-voltage system and charging communication.

Heat pump and air conditioning faults

We investigate Tesla Superbottle and Octovalve faults, compressor problems, R1234yf leaks, expansion valve faults and poor heating or cooling. Thermal management problems can also affect battery operation and charging performance.
