Volkswagen and other makes: the system matters

We welcome enquiries for Volkswagen and other passenger cars using R744 / CO₂ air conditioning or heat pump systems. Not every Volkswagen or heat-pump-equipped car uses R744. We confirm the exact version, refrigerant and service suitability in advance.

How can I identify R744?

Look for R744 or CO₂ on the air conditioning system label. If unsure, email the make, model and year; a photograph of the label can help. R134a and R1234yf are different refrigerants and are not covered by this R744 package.

When should you contact us?

• Poor air conditioning performance
• Weak or intermittent heat pump heating
• Air conditioning or heat pump warnings
• Unusual operation or noise
• A problem returning after a previous recharge

Is a recharge enough?

Poor heating or cooling does not by itself prove low refrigerant. Leaks, component faults or control faults may require diagnosis and repair. Additional work and charges are agreed in advance.

How the service works
